How to edit layout on Bitrix?

There is a site on Bitrix with ssh access and a list of layout edits.
How to search for pieces of html code in all its files? It is unrealistic to download them all via sftp, it will take several hours.
What would you do?

if you have access to the admin panel, log in and turn on the editing mode. When you hover over the desired block, a panel will appear, where we press the gear and select the block to edit. There is already a path to the template file.

Go through the hosting web face into the file system. Throw the entire project into an archive and download it.
Install for example Sublime Text 2 and use the search in all project files.
