How to edit GML/YMapsML?

Hello, there are geo objects in the GML/YMapsML format - marked areas on the map, I don't have them in the Yandex map constructor, it's difficult to edit them manually in the code. I would like to edit them on the map, ideally on Yandex Map and save them back to GML/YMapsML, but I can't find tools for this, do they exist?
