On the "Contacts" page, there is a feedback form and a checkbox with an agreement to read the privacy policy.

How to edit the displayed text of a line with a link? SEO URL is not suitable. In contacts it does not respond.

In the information/contact template, the line that is responsible for displaying the checkbox:

But at the same time, in the modules I have only two captchas - google and basic, which are disabled.

In Opencart, all such texts are usually found in localization files.
That is, something like this: \catalog\language\ru-ru\account\register.php - there can be many such files, plus the template itself can be used, so the easiest way is to search for this text in all files and then change one by one to understand - from which file this text is taken in this place.
