How to repack a template with your changes?

Good afternoon. I have a question that I can't find an answer to on the internet. How can you "repackage" a template? Let me explain more precisely:

1. For example, there is a template on OpenCart or Wordpress, with a demo, etc.

2. I install, do all the settings, change the logo, colors, menus, language, etc... in general, I make the site ready for my needs.

Once again the question is: How can I save all this in the same format as the stock template, but with my changes. So that I, for example, install on the customer's site, but with my own, pre-made changes.

The bottom line is that you do not want to repeat these procedures every time.
Backup I do not think that the output, it includes the base. And I need it to be stock as a template, only with its own changes in colors, etc.
Thanks in advance for your replies!!!

take the original template files, put them in a folder, initialize the repository in it.
then on the demo site you make all the necessary changes and after that you copy the template files from the demo site and overwrite them over the old ones, check in the git that everything is ok and what you need has changed. because the config is stored in the database, then some of this data will also have to be transferred to the archive
without the git, but it is more convenient with it

As an option, assuming self-installation by the user, leave the install folder
+
Export the base dump to install/opencart.sql
+
If the prefix in your base is not oc_, then replace the prefix in the base dump
