How to edit adwaita dark theme gnome?

Good day! In Gnome, using the gnome tweak tool, the default gtk adwaita theme can be made into

gray style

and everything would be fine, only the next problem in some applications is small, not pleasant shoals in the browser (found

on youtube

),

eclipse

Has anyone come across? How to fix?

pss in /usr/share/themes in the gtk css file of the theme there is one line indicating that adwaita is the default theme, where to correct the theme manually is not clear.
