Let's leave aside "Terms of payment" (are there any options other than payment by bank and payment at the checkout?), But what does "Editable" mean? Immediately options: editing in the code, every time you are asked to make a new option; and creation of a settings subsystem, in which an administrator from among users specifies a document, a field there and then sets up a list of available values ​​depending on the completion of other details.
