Tell me pliz how to visually draw tables and convert in essence to mysql?
Everywhere they write that WorkBench , but it’s very huge and slower on weak PCs :(
Are there any smaller solutions?

phpmyadmin can do this. runs even on weak computers

Navicat for MySQL in Enterprise edition, probably. But I don't think it's much "lighter" than WorkBench.
