Actually how to draw it in the layout for the front???
Suppose you need such an effect when words move on the page in different directions with the movement of the mouse, do I understand correctly that this is this effect?
How can I draw this in a layout for a layout designer?!
That each word is a separate layer is clear

Usually they call this folder (with files) - "paralax" in Photoshop and that's it.
