I would like the shadows of objects (buttons, cards) to be exactly the same as recommended by Google in its manual. What values should be used?

In the sketch, you can select elements from the default library - file / new from template / material dsign

Firstly, we look at the Material Design guidelines - https://material.io/guidelines/#
Secondly, we take ready-made components from the UI Kit (in Sketch, if I'm not confused, it's there by default).
