How to draw a network diagram?

Hello.
I purchased and installed equipment for the project (about 20 servers in different DCs).
All hosts are listed in RackTables as far as possible.
For documentation (on the wiki), as well as to provide information to the vendor for configuration (well, for beauty in general), I need to draw somewhere all these 20 machines with their ip addresses (and in ideal and MACs, up to 4 per host) , network ports (up to 4 per host), connection schemes (some hosts are directly connected to each other, some to a common network) and logical connections (which host is configured for which ip of another host, etc.).
Who uses what for these purposes?
What I've tried:
1. I haven't been able to get Visio yet.
2. in Word, the scheme starts to slow down already with 5 hosts, I don’t see any sense in drawing further, it turns out slowly and finely
3. draw.io somehow doesn’t really allow you to draw directly “the 3rd port of one host to the 2nd of another” you can only have something in common
4. In Excel, it also turns out to be very cumbersome and no one understood the "simplified" scheme, no matter who I showed it to

Visio and Dia
In Visio, the manager is terribly loved because it's beautiful, Dia is simpler but cross-platform.
