How to drag users to a new AD domain?

Hello. We are building a new infrastructure on Windows Server 2012 R2 and the task is to drag many users to a new AD domain. Are there any tools that can help automate this process?
Addition: you can unload all of them in CSV and then import them, even if you manually then enter all the machines into the new domain. But I also want to automate the transfer of user profiles. Is there any way to automate this process?

@gbg

Introduce the new server into the old domain as a secondary controller, then demote the old primary controller and promote the new one.

We'll have to do all this because AD is very tricky.

There are two options:
If you get confused with full automation and look in the direction of such a solution, the right way is migration from ADMT
Or a more manual option, but very fast profwiz
The utility sees the profiles on the PC, automatically drives the PC to a new domain, and redoes the rights to the new ssid.
Happy migration ;)
