How to downsize from 4k 30hz to 2k 60hz on a separate macbook monitor?
So far, there is no way to connect a monitor via type-c and you have to somehow get out. The monitor works in 4k 30 hertz and it hurts the eyes very much, it seems like there is an opportunity to lower the resolution so that it is 60 hertz? (Connected via hdmi)
System settings > monitors > scaling - does not help. 4k resolution is not particularly important, but 60 hertz is definitely important so that your eyes do not leak out.

SwitchResX app
(the main thing is not to poke unsupported resolutions and hertz, otherwise you will get a black screen and get back the hell later. Like if the monitor is 4k 60Hz, you should not play around in the program and try to set 8/12k and 150Hz)
