If you have it in the source code in Xcode, then simply attach the device to the macbook and select your Device instead of the emulator. You also run compilation and execution and it will be installed on your iPhone. It will only live there for 5 days, and then you need to re-build it on the device again. I have so. There is no paid developer account yet, there is no Jail. I'm testing on my iPhone.
