How to download Silverlight video?

If this is impossible in principle, then advise the video capture program so that only 100 GB files for a 45-minute video are not created.
Camstudio gives 1 GB / min, which, of course, does not suit me either.

Firefox -->Web console --> console.log(videoURI); + Orbit Downloader solved the problem
Interestingly, Orbit Downloader itself could not recognize the URL, although, in theory, it should have.
