On which goat to drive up to the Presidential Library?

Perhaps you are aware that in our country there is the EBN Presidential Library: www.prlib.ru
There are really rare books there. And theoretically, they can be accessed directly online.
The highlight is that the site requires Silverlight to be installed for this (which didn’t fall sideways to me at all).
Interestingly, the view works on the iPad (only very slowly, inconveniently and the scan cannot be saved) - from which we can conclude that purely technically there are still other display options (because it is unlikely that silverlight is built into iOS), only they don’t want to show them.
How would I make the site show books in a regular browser and with regular pictures?

To put up with it and not look for adventures - put some Windows with serverat on the virtual machine.
Seek adventure:
Change the browser user-agent to the one passed by the iPad. Further on the circumstances.
Look for a lot of adventures:
Burrow into the frontend, representing the backend as a black box and reverse the mechanism for obtaining interesting data.
