How to download p8 auth key apns or convert p12 to p8?

There are already uploaded auth keys for the current application with the p12 extension for push notification - everything works.
But you need a similar auth key, but with the p8 extension for firebase. Auth key can be downloaded only once.
How to get auth key in this case?
