What solutions for accepting payment for goods in iOS do you know?

Standard Apple and PayPal have already considered what other options are there?

The in-app purchase mechanism can only be used to pay for digital goods or services in the application. Third-party billing for everything else not prohibited by the rules.

Correctly written, your application is most likely not to be missed in the App Store. You can’t use in-app to buy real goods, and on the other hand, you can’t use third-party payment services, that is, past the Apple checkout. That there are applications like ebay is an exception that you most likely won't get from apple. At least that's how it was until now. So, most likely, you need to abandon this idea right away before you throw a lot of money or effort into development.
