How to download models from Sketchfab?

Colleagues, please tell me a way or a ready-made program for rip \ downloading models and distilling them into one of the standard model formats (* obj, * fbx) from the SKETCHFAB website?
In general, how to tear out models from there?

1) it's easy if the author has posted the model for download
2) if the author has decided not to upload the model for free download, this will be a copyright infringement. they write about it on your links, so the WORKING scripts were removed from the forum.
