How to download files from hosting in NetBeans?

On the baget there is a site with updated data in the files, but I just can’t figure out how to upload it to myself. It seems like there should be a Dowland button, as in the picture, but I don’t have it

Perhaps you are looking from the "Files" window, try looking at the folder from the "Projects" window
