How to download file via link in Python?

There is a site with files, but there are unusual links for downloading the file (does not end with .apk)

( Shortened) and if through requests does not work. I thought you can use selenium for the browser, but will it run on vps before, I somehow worked with selenium and when I uploaded the script to the vps, it gave an error related to the monitor. How can I resolve this?
