How to download data to SD card in Android with only access to Recovery?

Tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 (GT-P7500): Clockworkmod Recovery + Cyanogenmod 10.1 It
was done: Wipe Dalvik cache, Wipe cache partition, Wipe data\factory reset
crashes" - Unfortunately Cyanogenmod Account has stopped. When trying to open the touch keyboard, Unfortunately Google Search has stopped. When you try to open the settings and others like them, Unfortunately Settings has stopped. Trebuchet is not initialized.
There is access to Recovery, but there are no backups and a firmware file.
When trying to connect via ADB: "error: device not found", in the device manager or lsusb (lspci) does not appear. Here I complain either about the USB cable or slightly oxidized contacts in the connector. But I find it difficult to answer how realistic this is.
Actually, there is an idea to download the firmware file to the tablet and install it from Recovery Mode. The question is how to load the data onto the "brick". Most inclined at the moment to the option of removing the SD card to load the necessary data there (I am looking for documentation on the GT-P7500 describing the use of internal memory for the purpose of physically removing it, if this is possible by the manufacturer). I will be glad for any answers and parting words.

In any modern recovery, there is a mount mode for internal memory and an sd card, look for the mounts and storage item, check the boxes and turn on MTP or usb storage device emulation.
Also for samsung devices there is an ODIN utility
