How to download comments to the broadcast from youtube on mobile phones?

There is a site on Drupal 7. The functionality included the possibility of streaming through a third-party resource (embedding in the youtube's iframe page), with support for online chat during the broadcast.
First, we implemented an online chat using drupal itself - as a result, the site went down with a load of ~ 140 people.
Then they pulled up the chat directly from the YouTube broadcast - everything is gorgeous, but! when watching broadcasts from mobile devices (for example, emulation mode in chrome with a touchscreen), comments simply do not load - they are not there.
Is this some kind of youtube limitation? I did not find any comments on the net, any solutions either.
Question:is it possible to download live chat from YouTube on mobile devices, and if not, what alternatives to chat can you recommend (in this case, the priority is processing comments not on our server).

In general, so far the most sane solution is chatbro, although it also has disadvantages, such as bugs with authorization on mobile phones...
