Yes, if your channel is created as a page in Google+, that is, it is a child account of the main Google account, then you can add an admin here - https://www.youtube.com/account - click on "Add or remove administrators" , you will get to the settings + pages on the Google social network +, add it there.
There are 2 options for administrators: Admins and Managers.
