How to download audio recording from iPhone to macbook?

I made a recording on the recorder, now I need to somehow upload it to the computer. Already broke my head, but I can not understand how this is done. It seems that iTunes did something through synchronization, it seems like the record was uploaded to the macbook, but now how can I download it to the same flash drive? help me please

If the devices are not quite old, then you can use AirDrop.
1) Turn on bluetooth and wifi on the laptop.
2) In the recorder, click on the record, then on the Share button
3) Select AirDrop
4) Find your laptop there, if it doesn’t find it for a long time, then you can set it in the AirDrop settings so that everyone finds you, not just contacts.
