How to download an image from a directory?

There are several directories (about 9) in each of which there are one thousand images where only a number has been changed. Changing the name in the url is not an option, because it is too long for about 9 thousand images. Are there any faster ways to accomplish this task? Considering that links to all images are available. I will be grateful if you tell me.

Create a file filewithlinks.txt , where on each line there is a link to an image.
And run the following command in the console:
