How to download ALL GMAIL attachments?

How to download only the attachments of all emails?
The fact that Google is all outdated.
And you just need to pull out all the attachments in the letters.
I downloaded the MBOX slice, but it’s not clear how to unpack it, the extensions for mozilla are all outdated.
