How to download a torrent directly to the server?

There is a regular rented server with Linux, you need to upload files to it, which are currently being distributed on a torrent.
How to do it?
Are there any web torrent trackers that can be installed on the server?
Or do you need some special linux torrent trackers? Can this be done without the GUI?
