Missing desktop on Ubuntu 18.04, how to get it back?

I decided to install winetricks, as a result, during the installation, something went wrong and that's it, no, EVERYTHING that was installed on the computer was deleted. And most importantly, without waiting for the completion of this horror, I rebooted the system.
Now the system boots in console mode.
Sudo apt-get upgrade and update did everything that I deleted, it seems to be downloaded, but it still loads in the console ..
I beg the knowledgeable help, how to get everything back?

@OnYourLips

I think it will be easier to separate /home from the main partition and reinstall the system using the old home partition.
All your settings are in home, so they will be saved.
