How to download a program of a different bit depth from the site?

I'm trying to download a 64 bit program. But since I have 32 bits and the site determines this, it only offers a 32-bit version for download. How can I still download 64 bit?

1. Find the Downloads section and download the required version from there;
2. Look for the item "Download another version";
3. If the download link is direct, then copy it and change it from 32 to 64;
