How to do such data filtering in Angular 2?

Hello guys!
There is a data table, each row is a component, let's say app-candidate-item is an object!
How to make filtering, let's say I have 2 select, the filter works like this:
Let's select 1 select, then this result is filtered by 2 select.
I tried to do it through a pipe, but this is not an option, since the select will be dynamically added.
