How to do retargeting in asp.net mvc?

I made authorization on the site to enter the admin panel, but there were problems with re-targeting. Can't think of a solution to this problem. Googled, but I find only the authorization itself, but I can’t log out and return to the main page.
Help advice.

Authorization occurs through the installation of cookies in the browser. To exit the site, it is enough to reset them.
