How to do port forwarding in Windows 7?

Hello.

There is a laptop with Windows 7. It is connected to the Internet via ethernet. The connection is configured directly, without a router, static ip, by mac-address (registered with the provider). The laptop is configured to distribute the Internet via WiFi using the Connectify utility in Access Point mode. Everything works successfully, but there was such a problem - all ports on a laptop with Ubuntu 12.04 are closed, it connects to a laptop with shared Internet via WiFi. On a laptop with Windows 7, the ports open successfully, i.e., for example, uTorrent with port X shows that port X is open, checking from outside also shows that port X is open. And the same port in Ubuntu is closed in any case. I understand correctly that in Windows 7 there are no tools for configuring port forwarding and this is a useless undertaking? I read in a similar question on Habré that the problem is solved through Kerio WinRoute,

Are there any other ways to do this as easily and without hemorrhoids as possible?
