How to do language change and buffer exchange in running UBUNTU with WSL WINDOWS 10?

On windows 10 I installed UBUNTU via WSL, I also installed x server VcXsrv when starting any programs on ubuntu, it is not possible to change the language, and each time a new boot the language is different, then Russian, then english And there is also no buffer exchange between Windows and Ubuntu , that is, copying from Windows and installing it in ubuntu or vice versa does not work.
Has anyone encountered this problem?
