How to do interesting things on canvas?
Good evening!
Not so long ago I started looking towards canvas. But I ran into a very, I think, a big problem. I read the documentation for several libraries, read about the native canvas, but the understanding of how to do interesting things did not come. For example, text that breaks into particles or light from a lantern.
Please tell me in which direction to look and how to nug the things I need, so that I get the realization of a complete or at least partial picture of this kitchen. The documentation in all the links was very complete and understandable, but I still did not understand how to put everything together ((

If we are talking about webgl, then this is a wrapper over opengl - when working natively, it is better to put most of the image processing logic into shaders, for libs here I can advise three.js (half a megabyte in compressed form and a lot of possibilities)
2d context has a friendlier api based at work with vector primitives and manipulations with growth, it is only needed for runtime changing charts chart.js d3.js
For example, text that breaks into particles or light from a lantern.google "three.js examples"
