How to do email forwarding?

Situation:
I am an intermediary between the Client and the Supplier.
I receive orders from Clients by email, I manually forward them to the Supplier. After that, the Supplier answers me, and I accordingly answer the Client.
Question:
How can I automate this so that I can see all the correspondence between the Client and the Supplier.
Accordingly, the Client should not know who the Supplier is. Preferably out of the box.
