How to do dd with automatic sending in MegaCMD?

How to do dd without writing to disk (little space), but with autoupload to the cloud https://mega.nz/cmd ?

read the documentation for megadrive commands.
Apparently there are several options: mount or directly upload the stream to ftp, the same webdav, etc.
