How to do CSS editing like Mozilla's Thimble?

www.thimble.mozilla.org is Mozilla's online code editor. There's a cool CSS editor, ie. when editing HTML code, you can edit it without switching to a separate file with CSS. How can this be implemented in Atom or another code editor? Is there such an addition?
Thanks in advance!

Well, that's right, because I'm not sure. I use gulp, start listening to the css file and update the css via browser-sync. In this case, the browser does not restart, which is convenient. Just ctrl-s and everything was applied. If the monik is sick, then it is fashionable for the site to be on the floor of the screen, and the editor to be on the floor.

There is such a feature in brackets.io

but the editor itself is "not ice"
-The most sluggish webview-based editor of all
-Terrible source code
-Issues hang for weeks without the attention of developers, and even if they answer, they can simply score you after several unsubscribes
-Editor for layout designers, but not developers
-The extension installation menu shamelessly slows down, because it tries to load the entire list of existing extensions at once, nothing can be done with the editor at this moment.
-Out of the box does not know how to work with encodings other than uft8
