How to do CSS editing like Mozilla's Thimble?

www.thimble.mozilla.org is Mozilla's online code editor. There's a cool CSS editor, ie. when editing HTML code, you can edit it without switching to a separate file with CSS. How can this be implemented in Atom or another code editor? Is there such an addition?

Well, that's right, because I'm not sure. I use gulp, start listening to the css file and update the css via browser-sync. In this case, the browser does not restart, which is convenient.
