You can put a tab after each character:

Find: ([a-z])
Replace with: \1^t
i.e. after each letter of the Russian alphabet, a tab character will be placed.
If there is a Latin alphabet, numbers, punctuation marks, then they must be searched for and written separately.
Then we copy the result to Excel and get that each character is in its own cell. I think you can continue to twist as you want :).
