How to divide a lot of numbers into tracks?

There are many numbers known that they are increasing, that is, this is an auto-increment from the databases, however, each of the databases has its own dedicated id area. I want to track the growth of this autoincrement for different bases, decluster them and see how they grow in the form of separate tracks of the numbers of the ranges allocated for the bases.

I understand that you need to cluster based on distance, but I'm not entirely sure about how the classifier should understand that it is required to output this sequence of numbers to a new class. I understand the primitive, but the brain has not been doing this for a long time, so I can be stupid.))
