How to distribute video in chunks on a site from storage like S3?

Given:
- S3 type storage (not Amazon)
- absolutely free way to implement it on the frontend
- if necessary, an additional server

I can't figure out how to search. I understand that the video needs to be transmitted somehow in parts on request, so that when the video is turned on, the entire buffer is not loaded into the buffer.
