How to distribute torrents if the port is closed?

Hello. I live in Belarus, I have good internet, but I can’t normally distribute torrent files due to the fact that all our ports are supposedly closed - a yellow triangle constantly hangs in the lower right corner of utorrent (This is the case when I am the author of the distribution. If I distribute someone else's, then everything is OK). Local residents can connect to me, but foreigners are far from always.

As I understand it, the problem is solved by buying a "static IP" or a seedbox. But maybe there is some other way?

If not, it would be nice to hear suggestions for inexpensive seedboxes) I don’t understand this topic at all

If "strangers" are distributed, but yours is not. So either you did it wrong (turn off the "private torrent" when creating), or you registered it incorrectly on the tracker.
The yellow triangle is solved by the correct setting ("Helper" to help).

all ports are supposedly closed
Do you have them open?
