How to distribute the load of a windows program?

Hello. Tell me what are the options for solving this problem:
There is a windows program that eats a lot of resources. One powerful server is not enough. Putting together some kind of super powerful server is expensive. I was thinking of creating a cluster of 3-4 servers based on Windows Server and distributing the load across them, but I don't know if this will work.
The question is the following. If you combine 3 servers into one cluster on a windows server, will it work as one single server, or do you need some special software that can distribute tasks across servers?

If the program cannot work itself in cluster mode or the load cannot be distributed by proxying network requests, then nothing will come of it.
