How to distribute the Internet to a second network card in Windows 7?

Good afternoon!
Given:
1. PC with Windows 7 with two network cards (built-in and pci)
2. Laptop with Windows 7 (wi-fi, ethernet)
3. Raspberry Pi model B (ethernet)
4. wi-fi tp link whistle.
5. ppoe cable from the provider.
Question/task:
Is it possible to give internet to Raspberry Pi? I tried to distribute the device from point 1 to the second network one - it swears at the ip conflict, although it distributes a whistle on wi-fi. It turned out only to ping google with RaspPI for less than a minute, when I created a network bridge between the laptop and RasPI, and the PC distributed ppoe to the Internet laptop through a whistle.

It is necessary to make a bridge between the Wi-Fi and the network card. Assign IP 192.168.0.1 to the bridge and share the PPPoE connection to this bridge.
That it will work is not a fact, but the probability is high. It is best to use a router.
