How to distribute the Internet on the LAN port?
Good afternoon, there is a B-FOCuS 0-4G2PW router with 4 LAN ports. On the computer and TV on LAN 1 and 2, the Internet is fine. There is no Internet through LAN 3 and 4. When connecting another computer on ports 3 and 4, there is no Internet, or rather "Unidentified network". In addition, it is not even displayed in the admin panel of the router. But after that I manually set the IPv4 settings (gateway, mask, DNS, etc.), so it even started to appear in the connected devices, but there is still no Internet. In short, LAN 1 and 2 have internet. LAN 3 and 4 have no internet. What do you suggest in this situation? My searches in Google did not end in anything good.
PS When they conducted the Internet, they said that the 3rd and 4th port does not distribute the Internet. How can this be bypassed? I suspect that the matter is in the settings of the router, but I can’t even guess where to poke
(well, just for reference. They said a lot of things. They say the password can’t be changed later, etc.)

Here is a quote from the description of the router from the Internet:
The back side is the most interesting. First of all, we see two Wi-Fi antennas on it. Then two standard telephone connectors - RJ11, four LAN connectors - RJ45, LAN1 and LAN2 work in router mode, the other two work in bridge mode.
If the subscriber does not have iDPhone and iDTV services LAN3 and LAN4 are disabled.
