How to distribute the Internet, home network - ubuntu minimal + 3g mts + dlink dir300?
Hello! Such a problem.
There is a 3g modem MTS and dlink dir-300, a 3g modem was installed on a computer with windows, the computer was connected
by cable to the Internet port of the router, which in turn distributed the Internet via lan and wi-fi.
The router has wan settings:
Connection type: Static IP
WAN IP address: 192.168.0.2
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
LAN IP address: 192.168.1.1
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
DNS server: 192.168.0.1
DHCP server: enabled
Operating mode: Gateway
Windows computer settings:
IP: 192.168.0.1
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Now there is a machine with an ubuntu server on board, there is access to the network through the same 3g modem (defined in ifconfig as usb0 ).
Actually, the question is: how to distribute the Internet, just like it was with windows?
PS: I swear by my grandmother, I looked for a solution in Google, I didn’t find anything suitable. I tried something, it didn’t work. Thanks in advance.
