How to distribute a local USB scanner from an MFP over the network?
A non-network MFP model HP LaserJet Pro M1132 MFP is available - there is only one connection interface - USB 2.0. The task is as follows: to distribute the printer and the scanner of this MFP over the network to a couple of computers. I coped with the first one - the printer prints successfully, but there were problems with the second one - it is impossible to share the scanner with the built-in Windows tools and HP proprietary programs, and the stability of the third-party application that I am currently using leaves much to be desired. At least in the vastness of the network, I have so far found only one tool - Blind Scanner, and despite the ease of use, the “server” of this application falls off more often than accountants have time to scan their documents.
I searched similar questions on the toaster: people advise Remote Scan, Scannito, and some other “driver” from KYOCERA, but which of these tools is really stable, I don’t know.
PS If there is no stable tool in nature, then isn't it easier to set up scanning to a network folder - is it possible on this MFP?

All these solutions are "crutches" and they will not work stably. If the MFP can scan to a folder, make a shared folder on the PC to which the MFP is connected, and scan from it to this folder, then take it over the network.
Or buy a network MFP
You will not achieve stable work, the maximum that you can try is to share usb to the local network. but it's the wildest bastard
If you can scan from the control panel (without using a computer), then it might be even more convenient to organize. Or if there is a scan to a USB flash drive connected to the USB port of the MFP...
I used Remote Scan once, it worked fine, without problems, for more than a year.
