Internet distribution via WiMAX
Good afternoon!
There was a problem with Internet access in the new apartment. The new apartment is located in a house that has just been put into operation and the Beeline cable will not be sent there soon. However, the new apartment is in a house that is perpendicular to the house where I now live. In it, I have a full-fledged unlimited from Beeline via Ethernet. Remembering WiMAX, I had the idea to create an access point from the old apartment to get Internet access in the new apartment, and, accordingly, plug a WiMAX modem into the PC. But I didn’t find something on the Internet where routers were sold that could distribute cable Internet via WiMAX. There are only those that distribute Internet WiMAX over standard Wi-Fi. Maybe my idea is unrealistic? Are there other distribution options for such a distance (approx. 200-300 meters)?
Do not offer PS 3G and USB modem - this is an extreme case, because. with Beeline tariff 890 rubles. for unlimited with the included high-speed traffic of 12 GB you won’t shake much.
UPD. go.2gis.ru/bayh - these are the only maps where houses in my city are normally drawn in the scheme mode. I haven’t found anything like this anywhere else - neither OSM, nor Yandex.Maps (including People’s), nor Google, which does not even have Rostov-on-Don. My old house is Belinsky 34, somewhere in the middle of it is my apartment on the 5th floor. To the right of it is perpendicular to the house on the street. Gastello 10. There on the 4th floor with windows on the road is my new apartment.

A WiMAX base station will cost you about 100 tr. And do not forget to get a license from the Ministry of Communications.
Connecting to Yota will be easier :)
DreamWifi is the real deal.

Indeed, just take almost any 2 routers or access points (d-link 2100 used to be popular) and 2 directional antennas, some yagi for $30 from eBay. Your 300 meters is complete bullshit for Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi can be raised hundreds of kilometers.
Try limiting torrents. Well, or as an option to take them from the old apartment using an external hard drive. With it in your pocket, you can develop speeds of the order of 100 Gb / s - not a bad speed.
True, you must run somewhere 12km / h. taking into account stairs and obstacles, let it be 500m with a 2TB screw in your pocket.
And 12GB for active surfing with music and YouTube - for the eyes.
For an experiment, you can take to test a set of equipment for organizing a network through wiring. If the houses are not separated by a transformer, then in theory you can get up to 10 megabits.
