How to distribute a file via torrent again?

At one time, I downloaded the file on the tracker and saved it on a flash drive.
Now this distribution has 0 seeds, 0 peers, no one can download the file.
I want to participate in the distribution again, the file is intact and has not changed. How to set up utorrent? How to become a peer/seed again?

Download the torrent file again and specify to download it to where it already lies.

I join Aleksey Ukolov - I repeatedly downloaded content on one resource, joined the distribution on another. I start the download - I point to where the downloaded content already lies. Testing starts first, then distribution.
Perhaps the file should be in some folder? Click on the File tab in utorrent and you will see.
