How to distort power on usb ports?

Hello, I installed the ip PBX FreePBX, connected a 3G modem from MTS e1550 to it, set up call routing, but a problem emerged, after a day of operation the modem stopped making calls both externally and inside the office, juggling the modem helped. Apparently the problem is in the power supply of the USB modem, the modem is plugged directly into the port of the computer. Can you please tell me the script for juggling power on the ports and will it help? in the astrisk console there are such errors

For starters, disable all power saving modes in the BIOS... Especially with regard to USB ports! (if possible)
