How can you distinguish a native application from one written in frameworks? I would like to download non-native applications to understand how much they differ from native ones, especially complex client-server applications with geolocation services.

Alternatively, you can search the websites of these same frameworks for a list of applications developed on them.

phonegap official website has a list of applications made in html + css + javascript for all platforms.
To be honest, there are no complex applications there, alarm clocks, timers, etc.
Of the complex ones, there is the Temple Run game, BBC.
